CLIENT WORK

St. John’s Dementia Resource Center Website

Providing care at home for a loved one with dementia including Alzheimer’s can be very isolating. With over 100 years of direct care experience, St. John’s set out to provide a distinct resource center where caregivers could obtain information whether they are new to caregiving, or have been providing care for some time. Robust in its content, the site provides information on physical needs (eating, sleeping, bathing), emotional needs, social, spiritual, and engagement ideas. More importantly, it dedicates content to caregiver wellness which is critical.

We complemented the site with a “Dementia Dimensions” blog, eighteen video interviews with caregivers for first-person accounts of the journey, and content offers to help caregivers including a newsletter. A special feature is “Mondays with Mimi” a weekly Q&A based on community-submitted questions.

The site is integrated with the SharpSpring marketing automation platform to capture newsletter subscribers, report on site engagement, and provide the opportunity to customize future communications based on the level of experience of the caregiver.
