PRESIDENT & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Bob began his career on Madison Avenue where he was one of the original Mad Men (he’s got stories!). He was a founder of Saatchi & Saatchi Direct before starting The Verdi Group in 1995. Bob reads three to five books a week on his phone, he really likes good wine (but will drink whatever’s available), and drives a red Jeep Wrangler. Bob’s education is unusual, with a degree in Psychology from Amherst College, military intelligence school at Fort Holabird in POW interrogation, a year at the University of Madrid studying Spanish, art, and literature, and a recent MBA from the University of Phoenix. His client experience includes every letter of the alphabet.

DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES
Mary has been crafting winning campaigns for as long as her clients (and she!) can remember. With expertise in healthcare, financial, and B2B, she has developed insights that transcend nearly every vertical. She coaches the Verdi team to nurture client relationships. When she’s not drumming up business, she’s redesigning her gardens to have a continuous bloom of color (irises being her current, but short-lived favorite). Mary is known for her optimism, encouraging wacky Verdi holidays, and her insistence that we stock high-test Peet’s Major Dickason K-cups. She has an MBA from Syracuse University and chairs the communications committee for Opera Guild of Rochester.
Meet Jessica Adams, creative art director by day, Thomas the Train scholar by night! While managing to raise two wild boys and two twin girls, she continues to be the well-rounded media pro that entered Verdi’s doors in 2007. Holding a degree in graphic media, as well as an MBA from RIT, her design expertise applies to everything from direct mail, emails, websites, videos, and integrated ad campaigns. She has inspired award-winning campaigns that have delivered results triple the industry standard. Pretty impressive? We think so! She was also the former goalie of the Syracuse Stars Women’s Travel Ice Hockey Team that won the USA Hockey National Championship in 2001.

Art Director and pixel pro, Lauren Klepacki loves creating bold designs—her creativity is endless. Lauren uses her flair for color to create unusual and eye-catching graphics. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Alfred University with a focus in graphic design/expanded media and a minor in marketing. Lauren is also a member of AIGA. In her free time, Lauren loves to travel and photograph her adventures (one of her favorites being Cadillac Mountain). She also enjoys boating on Keuka Lake, snowboarding, and playing with her dog, Bumbles. Lauren’s award-winning designs will push your project to the next level!

Ten thousand steps a day? That’s not a problem for our office manager, Chris! When she isn’t walking her three gigantic Labradors, she’s getting her steps in at Verdi. From handling finances, human resources, payroll, and accounts receivable–she can keep up with just about anything. Whether you’re in the office or on the phone, Chris will take care of you (just like takes care of us!). Among her favorite things to do are fusing glass, traveling internationally, and trying new cuisines.
With a name like Rockefeller Miller, it comes to no surprise that he is a marketing buff! After walking the stage to receive his degree in marketing from The College at Brockport in 2017, he quickly entered The Verdi Group’s doors as our Assistant Account Executive. As the former president and vice president of the Brockport Marketing Club, Rock is well on his way to becoming our rookie of the year. You can find him assisting in project management and development for several of our clients’ projects. When his head is not in the clouds of marketing, he is cheering on his favorite football team, the Indianapolis Colts, or playing classic rock tunes on his guitar.

John D. Clayton
Chief Analytics Officer
John has 30 years of experience in direct marketing, Big Data database management and advanced analytics.
While a California-based executive specializing in advanced analytics at Accenture, the world’s largest technology consulting firm, John has worked on clients ranging from Microsoft to the Royal Shakespeare Company, a major British not-for-profit. His specialty is creating high ROI for marketing clients using predictive analytics' best practices and technologies.
John is a recognized leader in the science of Econometrics, having been one of the first to apply Marketing Mix Modeling & Optimizations starting in 2003. He has helped his clients develop optimized marketing plans based on the latest technologies. John's strength is in rationalizing and defending Marketing allocations and budgets to CFOs and other C-Suite decision-makers. In his 16 years doing Marketing Mix Modeling & Optimizations, John has had CMO clients at ABC, Daimler Benz, eHarmony, Microsoft, NBC, VISA and The Walt Disney Company, to name a few.
John is also a board member at the MBL division of the University of Chicago. A graduate of Duke University and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, John is still active at Accenture doing diversity recruitment from Duke and Wharton. John is a proud Rochesterian, having spent 24 years here in the Flower City.

VP PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS
Dan specializes in predictive analytics, econometrics, media mix modeling & optimization and multi-channel attribution. Dan’s work has been successful in improving profits, customer satisfaction, market share, brand awareness and customer lifetime value by creating complex cross-sectional time series models of marketing performance for Fortune 500 companies. He has created numerous marketing forecasts, scenario tests, scoring models, statistical analysis and many other top spectrum analytical models to understand marketing and customer relation effects on bottom line KPI metrics. Additional relevant projects include Conjoint Analysis for alumni segment messaging, and call center segment-specific scripting and call prioritization.

Dr. Abramson received his PhD in the area of Marketing (Analytics), with an MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
After teaching & conducting academic research on Marketing & Consumer Choice models at California State University, Long Beach, he joined MarketShare Partners, the leading provider of Marketing Analytics studies to major global brands as VP of Marketing Analytics. There, he led MMM studies for Coca-Cola, Intel, NBCUniversal, Charles Schwab, Lexus USA and many other major advertisers, later joining GoPro and starting their Marketing Analytics group.
In addition to gaining expertise in the area of measuring marketing spend effectiveness, these engagements revealed the major limitations of conventional MMM modeling approaches, which has been instrumental in informing the design & capabilities of the ADLAMP platform.
Dr. Abramson has authorized The Verdi Group, Inc. to provide marketing support for the Abramson Deep-Learning AI Marketing Platform (ADLAMP).
